To all me dear friends: Something i want to share with you recently.
Due to the recent changes in U.S. import duties, I regret to announce that starting this September, we will no longer be able to ship orders to the United States.
When I first launched my side brand dogmilktea in 2020, it was meant to be a fun project — a way to see how far I could take it while balancing my already demanding main career. Over time, more and more people discovered this little brand, and a community of kind supporters began to form. For that, I am deeply grateful.
Nearly half of my online orders come from fans in the U.S., this new tariff policy has a significant impact on my monthly income. For independent artists, steady financial feels like a distant goal. That’s why every order and every bit of support has meant so much. I don’t yet know when I’ll be able to find an affordable alternative, but for the short term, shipping to the U.S. will unfortunately not be possible. I am still actively looking for a solution.
What I want to say is this: if you see something you love, seize the chance — sometimes once it’s gone, it’s gone. Thank you again for your encouragement throughout these years. Orders from other countries will continue as usual, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Looking ahead, I hope to visit the U.S. next year. If there are stores or spaces interested in collaborating, or hosting a fun pop-up with me, please feel free to reach out. It would mean a great deal and help keep this project alive.
To all my U.S. supporters — thank you for standing by me over the past five years. I sincerely hope to find a solution soon and continue shipping and make good stuffs. ❤️
